The hotel is a little far from the center of Kusatsu Onsen, but there is a shuttle bus, so it is very quiet. There are so many people staying in the hotel that they have run out of yukatas. Dinner is a fixed amount of yakiniku + semi-buffet. It is worth mentioning that all kinds of wine can be drunk freely. Although I am not a wine lover, it is still a surprise. - cooked amazing vegetarian dinner and breakfasts (without dashi)
- stunning isolated location in the mountain (7 hours from tokyo)
- open baths are beautiful and open around the clock
- room was spacious and calm

- you need to call them to plan your pickup. They don t really answer written messages online
- strong tobacco smell in the first shuttle bus but not for the return

The service was very polite and I was able to enjoy my stay with peace of mind.
Both dinner and breakfast were good, and the tempura and sashimi were especially delicious.
There was a bit of a wait for the private open-air baths, but there were three types and they were all beautiful and wonderful.
